Whistleblower Reporting System None

An anonymous external internet system is available to the employees, collaborators, customers, suppliers and other partners of Elbphilharmonie and Laeiszhalle to report significant breaches and grievances in accordance with Germany’s Whistleblower Protection Act (Hinweisgeberschutzgesetz), which came into effect on 2 July 2023 and provides better protection for whistleblowers against discrimination. The Act also protects the identity of whistleblowers and gives them legal certainty.

If you would like to submit a complaint that does not involve a legal offence, please use the contact form and not the whistleblower reporting system.

Reports under the Whistleblower Protection Act can be submitted via an anonymous external internet system. By reporting statutory violations, whistleblowers make an important contribution to exposing misconduct and preventing and remedying negative consequences of this misconduct. Please read the data protection notice before using the whistleblower reporting system.

Reports can be submitted as follows:
•    Online: Go to the whistleblower reporting system
•    By email to hinweisgeberstelle-elbphilharmonie@cms-hs.com
•    By phone at +49 40 376 301 41 (Mon–Fri, 09:00–17:00)

External Reporting Process

Alternatively, reports can be submitted using the external reporting procedure of the Federal Office of Justice (Bundesamt für Justiz), although internal reporting should be favoured if effective internal action can be taken against the grievance.
