Cancellations and programme changes are always a possibility. Here you’ll find further information about ticket refunds.
How did you book your ticket?

In the Elbphilharmonie online shop as print@home or mobile ticket
Then you do not need to do anything else, the refund of the ticket price will be made via the payment method used at the time of purchase.

You booked your tickets by phone on the Elbphilharmonie and Laeiszhalle ticket hotline at +49 40 357 666 66 and received them by email as print@home tickets?
Please fill out the refund form.

By post or in person at one of our ticket shops
You received your tickets by post or purchased them directly at one of the Elbphilharmonie and Laeiszhalle ticket shops?
Please fill out the refund form, print it out and send it to us along with the original tickets, at this address:

You are a subscriber
If an event is cancelled, subscribers will be notified in good time of all the details regarding refunds and possible substitute offers.

Other sales channels or online platforms (e.g. eventim.de)
You bought your tickets through any website other than www.elbphilharmonie.com (e.g. eventim.de) or were forwarded from www.elbphilharmonie.com to an external website, bought the tickets in person at an external ticket shop or booked tickets via a telephone hotline that does not belong to the Elbphilharmonie and Laeiszhalle?
If so, please contact the respective ticket shop or the promoter directly. You can find the promoter listed at the bottom of the information provided on each event page under »What’s On«.
