As one of the best-known classical musicians in the US, Joshua Bell has played at all the world’s major concert venues since his Carnegie Hall debut in 1985. Be it with traditional violin repertoire, contemporary music or film music: the all-rounder delights every audience with the irresistible sound of his Stradivari. In the 2023/24 season, the Grammy winner is the NDR Elbphilharmonie Orchestra’s artist in residence: among the works Bell performs together with chief conductor Alan Gilbert will be the world premiere of »The Elements« suite that the violinist commissioned.
