Roman Schuler loves anything that has keys and buttons. With his RSxT (Roman Schuler extended Trio), he realises his vision of »contemporary groove music«. With extravagant keyboards, a massive sound and the perfect groove, they break down genre boundaries between jazz, electronic music, pop and hip-hop, and from the rubble build their own unique sound world. In 2019, RSxT released their second album »FLOURISH«, which in addition to the classic piano trio sound, also features guests such as the trumpeter Sebastian Studnitzky, Julian Maier-Hauff and rapper Luis Baltes. »Fluid, smooth and exciting all at the same time. Jazz at the Kulturcafé is a monthly event presenting the most promising upcoming artists in the jazz and singer-songwriter scene. It is the perfect experimental platform for musicians and bands from Hamburg and all over the country. The atmosphere is laid back – and admission is free!
