Saxophonist Ravi Coltrane explores the musical legacy of his famous parents John and Alice. The 80-year-old legend Chucho Valdés presents the »most important work of his life«, a large-scale Afro-Cuban oratorio. Grand master of the guitar John Scofield performs American rock and folk hits from the 1960s and 70s, and Hiromi, who still boasts the world’s fastest fingers, joins forces with a string quartet.
