ELBPHILHARMONIE KOPFHÖRER #27 – GIRL POWER

The podcast for young people – this time all about equal rights for boys and girls.

Have you ever encountered the issue of equality between girls and boys in everyday life? Prejudices based on your appearance? Which ones would you like to change? We discuss these and other important questions in the 27th episode of the »Elbphilharmonie Kopfhörer« podcast. Our guests are Johanna, Smirti, Avelie, Tessa, Lilli and Bo from the Farmsen Gymnasium School.

They talk to Mila, who plays trumpet in the »Balkan Paradise Orchestra« – an all-female brass band based in Barcelona that is playing for school classes at the Elbphilharmonie on 19 January 2024. The pupils also recommend some great music by women in the »Kopfhörer Tips«. And there’s another puzzle in the »Kopfhörer-Quiz«, this time relating to equal rights and female empowerment. We hope you enjoy listening in!
