At second glance

At a second glance we often see more – the Elbphilharmonie in double exposures. A series of pictures taken by Kai-Uwe Gundlach.

Our perception likes to take short cuts – the more often we see something, the less we are aware of it. We think we already know it, which is a pity. The fact is that at second glance one may well discover different or new details. Photographer Kai-Uwe Gundlach sets special store by this second glance. Even more than that: he combines two glances and shows the Elbphilharmonie in double exposures.
