The Season's Most Important Guest Performances
This exclusive series offers a selection of all the major guest performances during the opening season. The great orchestras from New York, Chicago, Vienna and Rotterdam can be heard with top conductors such as Riccardo Muti, Daniel Barenboim and Mariss Jansons. They will be joined by the crème de la crème from Berlin, Munich and Dresden. A special highlight: the Orquesta Sinfónica Simón Bolívar. In March 2017 they perform all nine Beethoven symphonies as one big marathon adventure!
